Vegan TikTok Coffee Recipe

I decided for this week in Quarantine, I will be learning how to make Dalgona coffee (as made famous by TikTok). This is a beverage made by whipping equal proportions of instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water until it becomes creamy and then adding it to cold or hot milk. Skip ahead past mixing to 1:55 if you don't like pop music. Our measurements: 2 TBSPNS of instant coffee 2 TBSPNS of sugar 2 TBSPNS of hot water Ice Almond Milk (or whatever milk you choose, substitute or otherwise!)
